Francisco de Pobares

Brief Biography

Francisco de Pobares was a native of Sabiote (Jaén province) and the son of Francisco de Pobares and Quíteria de Vera. Francisco was present at the 1540 muster as an unassigned horseman. Pobares's was one of the few deaths recorded in some detail in the documentary record.
